Palma Development has been officially selected as one of the 13 leading developers in Dubai Land Department’s First-Time Home Buyer Program, launched in collaboration with the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism. This landmark initiative, in line with the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033, aims to make property ownership more accessible for both local and international first-time buyers.
As part of this program, Palma Development will offer priority access to units in upcoming off-plan launches, along with enhanced commercial terms that include preferential pricing on units valued up to AED 5 million. The program provides exclusive access to new launches and customised mortgage solutions.
